What is UniPay for Shopify?
You add Pay with UniCash to your checkout as a manual payment method, then connect your store to UniPay. From then on, UniPay watches your orders and marks each one paid the moment the buyer's payment arrives.
The service rate is applied to each payment when you receive it, not at payout. There are no card network fees, no interchange, and no chargeback exposure. Bank payouts are free and you receive exactly your available balance. There is no monthly fee.
How it works
- Customer chooses Pay with UniCash at checkout. Shopify shows them your payment instructions and creates the order as unpaid.
- Customer pays from the UniCash app. They send to your handle and put the order number in the payment note.
- UniPay marks the order paid. Your pending orders are checked every 90 seconds. When a payment matches an order by reference and amount, UniPay marks it paid in Shopify automatically.
- Request a payout to your nominated bank account whenever you're ready. No batch windows. Payout on your schedule.
